Monthly Salary Calculations: For central and state governments employees, salaries is given on the basis of the pay scale and pay grade. But still, it is very often that employees with the same pay scale get different salaries in different cities/states. It happens because the total salary for them is also decided on the basis of their travel allowance (TA), and house rent allowance (HRA), which can change from city to city, or state to state. Know how the salary of a central government employee is decided. Why they may get different salaries on the same pay scale, and what will be their total salary if their basic salary is Rs 22,100, 41,100 (Level 1), Rs 30,200, Rs 50,000 (Level 3), Rs 44,100, Rs 59,200 (Level 5), and Rs 65,000 and Rs 90,000 (Level 10).
