EPF Balance Check 2025: Keeping track of your retirement savings has never been this simple. Whether you are planning for the future or just want to stay updated on your finances, checking your Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) balance in 2025 is quick, easy and doesn’t require any middleman.
The EPFO has made several user-friendly updates this year. You can now update personal details like your name or date of birth online—no need to run behind your HR or wait for approvals. If your EPF account is linked with Aadhaar (e-KYC), you can also file transfer claims using just an OTP. No more paperwork or chasing signatures required.
And when it comes to checking your balance, you don’t need to visit any office or stand in long queues. Here are four simple ways to check your EPF balance—from anywhere, anytime:
1. EPFO Website
Your Universal Account Number (UAN) is your key to accessing EPF details. Every salaried employee with EPF has a UAN, usually shared by the employer.
