Tesz, an expert platform backed by the Kerala Startup Mission for clarifying queries pertaining to government services, has achieved the milestone of serving half a million monthly users.
Tesz, which has a strong presence in the southern states, is a one-stop platform for all queries related to government services in the most efficient way possible, the company said.
The company was founded in 2020 with a vision to build a community of citizens, government departments, officers, consultants and experts to get government-related queries answered in a timely and reliable manner. Thousif Mohammed A, the founder of the company said the significant increase in the number of users on the platform was a testament to the need for such a platform and urgency in channeling information related to various government processes and schemes.
“We are actively working towards bridging this information asymmetry and are working towards becoming a one-stop for all queries related to government services in the most efficient way possible,” he said.
The platform has already on board the Digilocker, Indian Highways Management Company Ltd., Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA), Kerala State Financial Enterprises (KSFE), Sakala Mission of Karnataka government, the Kerala Start-up Mission (KSUM) and Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (KDISC) to name a few along with leading experts and consultants in respective fields from various states.
