Did you not receive the 22nd installment of the PM Kisan Yojana? Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 22nd installment of “Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana” last week from Guwahati, Assam. The money — Rs 2,000 — was deposited directly into the bank accounts of 9.32 crore beneficiaries across the country. In total, the government transferred more than Rs 18,640 crore to eligible farmers.
Some Farmers Yet to Receive Rs 2,000
However, some farmers have not received Rs 2,000 yet. If you are also one of them, then you can register a complaint against it.
According to the PM Kisan FAQs, beneficiaries, whose names are uploaded on the PM Kisan portal by the concerned State / UT governments in a particular 4-monthly period, shall be entitled to receive the benefit for that period with effect from that 4-monthly period itself.
If they do not receive the payment of installment pertaining to that 4-monthly period and subsequent installments for any reason, except due to rejection for falling within the exclusion criteria, they are entitled to receive the benefits of all the due installments as and when the cause of delay is removed/resolved.
However, before filing the complaint, beneficiaries must check their name in the list. Steps to check name in the beneficiary list are given below.

PM Kisan 22nd Installment: PM Kisan Utsav Diwas Programme Held in Gandhinagar
PM Modi released the installment of the PM Kisan Yojana during the state-level event “PM Kisan Utsav Diwas” held in Gandhinagar on Friday, March 13. State Agriculture Minister Jitubhai Vaghani and Minister of State Ramesh Katara were also present on the occasion.
During the ceremony, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel distributed aid to farmers under various agriculture and horticulture schemes. Afterward, thousands of farmers across the state watched the live broadcast of the Prime Minister’s address, along with dignitaries.
Addressing the event, the PM had also unveiled projects worth Rs 19,480 crore in the poll-bound state. During this, he slammed the Congress, accusing it of “lack of commitment to the nation” and said it “remains focused on spreading misinformation and falsehoods”.
“Just a little while ago, a message has reached the accounts of millions of farmers that the PM Samman Nidhi has been deposited… These are the same farmer brothers and sisters, most of whom did not have a mobile phone nor any account in a bank before 2014. Today, more than Rs 4 lakh 20,00 crore have been deposited in the accounts of millions of such farmers so far,” he said.
He said while the BJP-led NDA government is working towards supporting farmers and achieving self-reliance for the country, “the Congress party has once again demonstrated a lack of commitment to the nation”.
“Even in times of crisis caused by war, Congress remains focused on spreading misinformation and falsehoods. I urge members of Congress to listen to Pandit Nehru’s August 15th speech–you may find it enlightening. Pandit Nehru once remarked that the wars in South and North Korea were contributing to inflation in our country. Assam, today, is becoming a model for the new future of our North East, that is, Ashtalakshmi. The progress here is giving a new momentum to the entire North East,” he said.
“To reduce the Railways’ dependence on other countries and minimise oil imports, significant progress has been made over the past decade. In the last 10 years, the entire rail network across the country has been electrified. As a result of this electrification, approximately 17 million litres of diesel are being saved annually,” he added.
